Hi, I'm Lynn JT.
Chartered Senior Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, Hypnobirthing Educator, Yoga & Meditation Junkie and Mother to a spirited 3-year old daughter.
Here's the truth: pregnancy and parenting take massive tolls on our bodies and emotions, that can leave us feeling like washed up versions of the strong, sassy or care-free women we once were.

In clinic, I've seen so many pregnant women and mothers who suffered from stress, insomnia, back pain, low mood and depression. I was shocked when I started experiencing those very symptoms during my own pregnancy! Alarm bells went off and I knew that I needed to start actually practicing what I preach!
My mother is a psychotherapist and she introduced me to the notion of self-care through meditation and mindfulness.It transformed my pregnancy experience and I was hooked.
Now I want to share with you the tools and techniques that saw me through the many discomforts, stresses and anxieties of pregnancy and postnatal recovery.
Today I'm constantly adapting my daily routine to serve me through the physical demands and unforeseeable curve balls that married-life-with-kids throws at us.
No pregnancy is perfect but I can't wait to do it all over again and with total confidence.
